All applicants will go through a screening process and will be informed of the status of their applications via email. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks processing. Only Filipinos and those of Filipino descent will be considered for membership. Thank you.

We will not evaluate applications with websites that:

1. are not made by filipino citizens/descent
2. are cloned or made with templates
3. promote spam, bulk mail, warez, cracks, etc.
4. contain violence, hate, etc.
5. contain illegal activity, i.e. IPR infringement, etc.
6. websites that cannot be accessed online

All sites will be judged on the following:

• Design 40%
• Navigation 25%
• Graphics 15%
• Content 10%
• Personality 10%
